I know problems happen and luckily there was someone to help but the keys to the rental truck were in the wrong box so could have been bad if The attendant had not been there. And the charges went up to around 185. Not sure how a $20 dollar rental could go up that much. Was not a great experience.

My original pickup location while getting Tree service in Princeton Indiana is worst I've ever dealt with !!!! I reserved truck 7 days prior touseage date 2 hrs before close of business the the day before pickup they sent me a cancelation TEXT !!! TRIED TO CALL BUT NO ANSWER. HAD TO END UP GETTING TRUCK OUT OF KENTUCKY. MADE ME GO 1 1/2 HRS OUT OF MY WAY !!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND UHAUL IN PRINCETON INDIANA EVER !!!!!!!
