The van was so filthy I had to get blankets to cover up the filth before I could even put my furniture in it. The seats were covered with dog hair. The store hours showed 8:00 am for hours but I sat for a half hour waiting for someone to show up to discuss the van and finally called UHaul to explain steps to mobile reservation. I was told to bring documentation of 2 pieces of ID and proof of lease and name of someone to call to verify who I am. Nobody was there to take this info from me. By time I finally got the van I was now down to only having 3 hours left and had no more time to wait to tell someone it was too filthy to take. So I bit the bullet and just used what was provided. The whole process was horrible from start to finish. I will never do this again.

I did not have an appliance dolly in my truck. When I called the help line to obtain the dolly they told me that the mini mart would open at 8 AM. I went and loaded the truck at storage and came back at 8am. No one showed up and I left around 8:20. I was still charged for an appliance dolly when I should not have been.
THOMAS RTruck had the TPMS light on (tire pressure), torn seats and it was an exhausting process to get the key to pick up the truck. Was not an enjoyable experience. If I had known this was not a UHaul location I would have cancelled or used another location.

Jitendra MWest End Mini Mart was excellent to work with. the UHAUL mobile app is problematic and gives me serious concerns about the privacy of my data and payment info. UHAUL sems to have invested in UX and ignored basic security tenants.
