The vehicle was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to start. I was trying to gas it up before returning it and stopped at a pump not in service. It took 20 minutes to restart the vehicle. I didn't want to be charged an extra day so returned without adding gas. The people at the location are very nice, but please don't rent this one without servicing it first.
Nancy PWhen we arrived to pick up our truck at 7:30 am, our truck was not pulled around to the front and there was no key in the lockbox. We had to call customer service and go to another location that the representative instructed us to go to that had a truck prepared. This delayed our move-in by 1.5 hours and was totally unacceptable. Will not be going back to this location.

Rob SOverall it was a good experience. Very helpful attendant. Ruda was knowledgeable and efficient. I thought the truck had a tire that needed more air but maybe it was because of the snow. I can only complain about the freezing weather when I was taking so many pictures to return the vehicle…
