I did not have an appliance dolly in my truck. When I called the help line to obtain the dolly they told me that the mini mart would open at 8 AM. I went and loaded the truck at storage and came back at 8am. No one showed up and I left around 8:20. I was still charged for an appliance dolly when I should not have been.

Truck had the TPMS light on (tire pressure), torn seats and it was an exhausting process to get the key to pick up the truck. Was not an enjoyable experience. If I had known this was not a UHaul location I would have cancelled or used another location.

Jitendra MWest End Mini Mart was excellent to work with. the UHAUL mobile app is problematic and gives me serious concerns about the privacy of my data and payment info. UHAUL sems to have invested in UX and ignored basic security tenants.
