Did not need the trailer and tried to cancel but he said that I could not cancel and he said i signed a contract so no cancellation. Never used
Tabitha P.Gas tank was left on 1/8 tank, and this location is a gas station. I know from personal experience that Uhaul has little operational control over the locations, but it would behoove Uhaul to set up a better system for not starting off on the wrong foot with an empty tank in the middle of the country in rural Alabama. The truck was also dirty, both in the cab and in the cargo area. I have many gripes with my experience with Uhaul, but those are not the primary fault of this rental location, so I won't go into those here.

John M.The 10 ft was not at this location. I had to travel 35 minutes out of my way to another location. This location did not have the 10 ft either and I had to rent a 15ft. I had to pay the the 15ft price. Called customer service to get a refund for the price difference ($100). But was not compensated for the additional gas I had to use driving the 15ft. I still think there should have been an additional discount. The inside of the trailer was not clean and I had to sweep it out. After this experience, I will not use Uhaul again.
