They didn't even want to rent me the truck nor did they help me out choosing a good plan customer service sucks

Craftwood Lumber is a great place to rent a uhaul. The staff is friendly and knowlegeable and dedicated to your rental needs. The 9 foot cargo van was almost brand new and drove wonderfully. It was ready when I needed it along with staff ready to help. The rental process was very quick. I rented from Uhal because of the very positive reviews at this location. Many other Uhaul locations get horrible reviews (vehicles not ready, were dirty, etc.). That is what had me looking at Budget Trucks as well. This place switched me back to Uhaul, but, again, only at this or, perhaps, a similarly very positively rated rental place. Thank you Craftwood. Jim R
