guy responsible at the counter was rude to me and charged the wrong card even when i told him about it. he kept trying to charge my card 4x on the wrong one and refused to listen whe i told him he’s charging the wrong one. then when i asked about a dolly he said well you should have asked prior, in the rudest tone. and if he could have said it nicely it wouldn’t be any issues and he had the nerve to throw my drivers license back at me. just overall very unprofessional

The store owner calls and have an attitude while speaking to customers

JOEL JThe truck was dirty, had dog hair and a lot of trash and dirt
JOSE ATheir customer service was absolute trash and they rented me a u-haul that the driver side door was apparently in an accident and could barely close. The screws are coming off the door as well.
