We have Rented Uhaul for years mostly out west . This was my first time by phone. A bit confusing but is still was a fast way to do it. I wish the pick up place was closer.

They were out of adapters to change my truck from a 7 prong to a four prong for the trailer.. since my location was changed by corporate I did not think about it so had to go and find one after I came to pick up trailer. I verified they had one at the original pick up point so was jot on my mind. I would have picked one up.

SCOTT WI called Kevin to see if it was possible to return the trailer to his facility and he advised I could. Quick trip a few blocks from my home. They were very helpful in taking care of the unit.
JEFFERY WStaff could have been more customer service oriented. They seemed a bit out out that I was there to pick the truck up.
