My experience was ok, but the location was confusing. The door said appointments only, door opened to an empty warehouse. Staff were hidden behind closed doors. Have a sign to indicate where staff are located.

That's all the questions you have?? Uhaul was an unbelievably bad experience. Location mix ups on both ends. Cost me about 4 hours of driving plus expensive fuel. Just terrible. Please have a manager call me asap. No one I talked to gave a shit about what happened. Brutal customer service.
luke wI was asked to change my drop off location for a discount. My contract was not changed causing lots of confusion. My card was charged before I was asked to pay ( I was going to pay debit).
Donovan PWhen i go to that location, it was hard to find DROP OFF BOX, and we are unable to drop the keys and there were few persons over there, and we are not sure they are from u heal persons or not but we had no option, we gave the keys to them, but still had some doubt, then immediately i called to u haul customer service for the confirmation it would be great if they provide it easily, so that customers can access it with out any issues!
