When I arrived to pick up the truck, the worker stated she has shattered her phone 15 minutes prior to me getting there. The first words out of her mouth were “I’m not sure if I’m gonna be able to rent this to you today.” She then called her boss on speakerphone, to ask what they could do. He was unaware of me being able to hear him, and they both act as if I had an attitude. His comments that I needed to calm down where uncalled for ask I was not even worked up. I was more concerned about getting the truck so I could get on the road. If I would not have been in the situation, I was in I would’ve not have rented from them. They were both very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.
