No one told me this location was closed on sat and I was at work trying to check this in on line I would had never opt to drop it off at this location if I knew that Couldn’t take it to a different location without paying extra The place I picked it up from was no help told me once I picked it up from them there wasn’t nothing they could do Would not recommend using u haul with lack of communication In letting customers know this location was closed Did not feel comfortable leaving it without someone being there but we had no choice

Michelle TThis location gave me a dirty truck, and the windows were dirty. The headlight high-beam lever would not keep the high-beams on, when I pushed the lever forward. The passenger-side door weatherstripping is bad. I had to listen to the loud roar of the wind for 2,000 miles. I could not have a relatively quiet cab.
