I did a drop off after hours so no interaction with anyone. However, I left the gas tank at exactly where it was when I picked it up and he still charged me $12 saying it wasn't at the right level. this location was just convenient for me as it was just 2 mins from where I moved so thats why I picked it, nothing more nothing less.
