Vic was great and got me a truck immediately as I was a walk-in customer in a bind!!! Only thing that needs improvement is the internet in his office because it took me forever upload my license.

ANDREW WDrop off a day early and have never been to this location. Walk into the office. Male asks what can I help with. Dropping off a U-Haul trailer. Park it over their. Asked if he needed my name or anything, nope. Park it over their and walked inside. Very tight parking spot. 3/4 ton truck so it is long. Had to drive over curb to get it into the only open spot where the trailer could be parked. He did not assist in spotting to back into the tight spot, the parking area was quite slopped so it required a rock which fortunately was available to keep the trailer from rolling once disconnected, and I had to disconnect the tandem axle trailer with no jack stand on this slope.
