With out a doubt the most dangerous trailer I have ever towed! Called the 800 number and was advised I still needed to bring it back to that location. Explained to the location how dangerous the equipment was and was told Uhaul would issue a $500 credit (this was on a $45 rental). Obviously a complete lie and they actually thought we believed them.
MICHAEL BI had reserved 2 furniture dollies well in advance and they were not available when I picked up the truck. I could not move without them. I had to make several calls to find a store that had them and had to delay my move by several hours and go out of my way to get them. The truck cab has sand on the floor, a cracked windshield and some paper trash in the back of the truck and I could hardly raise the back door.
