The first truck I was given was filthy, the AC was not working, and the truck was not wanting to shift and it was empty. I was able to get a replacement truck from another location, and this 26' truck blew out a tire 300 miles into the trip. Roadside assistance had me stranded for close to 16 hrs with no resolution. I lost 2 days of work, a freezer full of food, and was not able to get a place to sleep until the morning after. Worse experience I've had with a rental company ever. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau to let them know of this horrible experience. I would like to speak to upper management to receive a refund for this rental.
