Trailer didn’t work right. The trailer brakes wouldn’t recognize even after switching from the 4pin to an adapter to plug it into the 7 blade plug.

I rented a car dolly in Florida on Tuesday Sept 4 for one way trip to Arkansas. I ask for a 2 day rental, and was told I could only do a 4 day rental. Explained I didn’t need it for that long and could I get it for less time and cheaper amount. I was assured if it was returned earlier then I would be issued money back. It was returned before noon on Sept 6 at Magnolia location. The lady in that office said she could not return any of my money even tho I only used it for 2 1/2 days out of the 4. I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Mona Molar

I had to drive more than 40 miles round trip to find the trailer size I wanted, even though I passed another U-Haul dealer on the way with the same size on his lot. I used Express Check-in from home but still had to wait 45 minutes while the attendant, who clearly had not been trained, worked through the process. She finally had to call her boss, hold her smart phone up to her computer screen, and ask him what to do. Then I had to hook up myself, without a safety inspection. Also, I rented a 5' x 9' because I had something to move that was just under 5' wide. To my disappointment I found that your 5' wide trailer is only 4'3", so I didn't even use it. VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. So, to improve for the next customer? Make sure your vendors know what they're doing, and that they do it. Protect yourself, your equipment. and your customers by doing having your vendor hook up and inspect. And, since so much business is online, be truthful when you post dimensions.

The return process was smooth and relatively fast. Staff was very nice.

I called him out of the blue because I had to drop my cargo locally instead of in Hernando. Very happy to help me and was a pleasure to talk to .

The unit was not clean. I had to throw away a bunch of junk and sweep up Tracy, dirt and broken glass.

I had previously booked pickup at another location and it was changed to this location. I arrived at a shady convenience store and asked the lady at the counter about my reservation. She spoke very limited English and had no clue what I was talking about. I checked in online before hand so I wouldn't have to be there long(I was wrong) She called a gentleman on the phone and spoke to him in another language. They then began to video chat so he could see the computer and tell her what to do. In the mean time she was still having to wait on the customers at the counter buying lottery tickets. She took my drivers license and done something on the computer. She then asked me to go outside and verify my tag number on my truck (she couldn't because she was waiting on customers at the counter) Finally the gentleman on the phone got her through the process and she took my credit card. After processing I signed and asked for my drivers license back and she told me that she was going to keep it until I returned the trailer(I was returning to a different city) I finally told her that I wasn't leaving without it and she gave it back. Was pointed out to the parking lot next door and told to take a trailer. In a sand lot sat 3 trailers so I guess I had my pick? Found a 6x12 I paid for and went to hook up(by myself) I got hooked up and had to put my truck in 4 wheel drive just to get out of the sand the trailer was stuck in. She never even saw what I was driving and sure didn't inspect anything (I have a new Ford f250 fx4) but could have been towing your trailer with anything. After arriving home I opened the trailer to start loading and it was full of sand and mud(looks like someone had hauled atvs in it) so spent 30 minutes cleaning it out before I could put furniture in it. Trailer itself no problems. I think personally uhaul should take away this location for the good of the customers and the safety of everyone Thanks Dustin Kelley

Why do I have a reservation at 2 places on Saturday. Then I receive a phone call on Sunday asking where I'am. For the trailer on Sunday which I never had a reservation for. Also the first place I went to had 2 trailers with bad lights, so I had to go to a diffrent location which I had to back track to get the trailer.
