I came two hours early to return the truck. When I picked it up, the tank was at ¼, and I returned it with ½ tank, so I gave back more gas than I received. The employee was rushing me, demanding that I close the gate because he was in a hurry. He was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I was not treated with respect, and the entire experience was unpleasant and unacceptable.

Robert BMy only complaint on the drop location is location. I'm not sure why U-Haul picked the location, and I don't recall getting an opportunity to request a specific location, but there are at least a dozen U-Haul locations closer to my home in Hernando, FL. It was very frustrating to pass U-Haul dealer after U-Haul dealer to drive 15 miles away to drop off the trailer.
