I had an excellent experience renting a U-Haul van from this location. This was my first experience renting from this location, and Jarod Bailon of this storage / store location was very helpful and made renting a van easy and pleasurable!

This was my first time using this UHAUL location. I was in a rush, got there before the storage place opened, and used mobile checkin for the first time. Everything was smooth as far as mobile checkin goes, but if the UHAUL is dirty, there's really no recourse to get it cleaned if a human is not present AND you need to be somewhere. Secondly, I returned the UHAUL exactly where the fuel gage should have been but was charged an additional $30 dollars for TWO gallons of gas. If the fuel gage was exactly where it should have been, why am I being charged?
