Customer service great. Was not thrilled about having to drive one and a half hours out of my way to drop off trailer after drop off site in Gunnison had no room for trailer.

Rental was more difficult due to not having dolly we thought we had reserved.
ROBERT MI wish they didn’t let me book a size they didn’t have because I got a smaller one and it took me three trips instead of original bigger one. So estimated price sky rocketed and my workers had a full day instead of a few hours. They were really nice at the store and tried to help but I really shouldn’t have been able to book it if it wasn’t there.
ASHLEY EI returned the trailer after hours. It was confusing on how to get to the yard. I struggled some with the return process at first.
