Mobile pick up was difficult (location services would not work on safari on my phone, only chrome)
Alison SPerson was busy and didn't give me the time of day - just t leave the truck. Then I was charged for gas after I put gas in it to the mark i picked it up at. There are many places in my town to drop off trucks and if I need one again I will not take it to this location.
Cheryl OI feel the speed of the approval process should be quicker for customers upon arrival to the pick up location as it took longer than I expected it to and had to contact customer service for further assistance.
