Very understanding and excellent service!
TIMOTHY HPeople were friendly and helpful. UHaul system "going down" made the pick-up process very long. Took over an hour. Truck cab was not well cleaned at first but staff cleaned it quickly.

Sherman TMy experience was just adequate. When booking the smaller trucks were not available in Hope and since you pay for mileage it makes no sense to book and drive 30km! The staff seemed frustrated with the booking system and so was I as changes were made to my booking without my knowledge (it took 2 staff and 3 tries to sort it out) and although they were well-intentioned they were not what I wanted. the booking price was misleading. In the end it was only $15 more than my initial quoted price not including the fact I had to book an oversized truck for my job because they don't have the smaller vehicles. People must print out the quote and bring it with them as the details are not available to agents. the full cleaning was not done but then they said I didn't have to clean that part which was good. The only reason I would recommend it, is that it is the only option in Hope.
