The truck was in very poor condition. It ran like it was falling apart. The customer service wasn't bad but wasn't particularly friendly either. They only had 2 different units to choose from and of tge 2 trucks available I was given the clearly older and more hard to drive and possibly dangerous one to drive. It had something wrong with transmission at first and wouldn't go over 20 mph. The door on back was very hard to lower and raise. Tge truck drove very rough like it only had a few miles left in its life. I was scared the whole time I was driving it. I wouldn't come back here or recommend to anyone unfortunately.

Customer service was great, got in and out quickly. There are some metal pieces on the hook that clamps to the truck that need to filed down so no one get's cut.
DELL TIt was difficult to know where to park the truck. This was a phone dropoff only so I didn't speak to anyone.
