The location did not provide dolly and blanket despite I ordered. I was not informed in advance about lack of these requirements. This has nothing to do with truck location, but U-Haul itself, the moving helpers I hired from U-Haul website started asking more money in the middle of moving. I did not answer their request. As a result, they damaged walls and harshly carry my furniture.I felt blackmailed and insecure and gave them more money.
