I reserved a pickup in at a particular place and it was confirmed for the dates I had scheduled and then when I went to pick up it said pickup was unavailable at this location and made me go to a different location 20 miles away which added 40 additional miles and additional $40 for mileage plus fuel. The original location I requested and was confirmed thru the registration process for had several trucks of the same size on site everyday since the pickup date and still does as of today!!! I called UHaul customer service and they could not give an explanation for having to go to a different pickup place incurring additional cost during these economic times and I was hung up on trying to get a reasonable explanation especially since the original location still has several trucks on the lot that have not moved. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Chad PThe car dolly was not wide enough to accommodate the GMC 2005 1500 series. I was unable to tow this vehicle as the 3 inch clearance was not available and the ratchet straps were to small also. It was returned to Acadian Store and lock without usage.
