I drove a total of 7 miles. The needle never moved on the fuel gauge, but I wanted to be honest and replace the fuel what I had used. I had to stop the pump manually after it filled 7.5 gallons. Don't tell customers the tank it fuel when it isn't. There is no way it only gets 1 mile per gallon. That fuel gauge is broken!

I reserved a pickup in at a particular place and it was confirmed for the dates I had scheduled and then when I went to pick up it said pickup was unavailable at this location and made me go to a different location 20 miles away which added 40 additional miles and additional $40 for mileage plus fuel. The original location I requested and was confirmed thru the registration process for had several trucks of the same size on site everyday since the pickup date and still does as of today!!! I called UHaul customer service and they could not give an explanation for having to go to a different pickup place incurring additional cost during these economic times and I was hung up on trying to get a reasonable explanation especially since the original location still has several trucks on the lot that have not moved. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
