The person handling the transaction was very rude and disrespectful. He and ended up getting into an argument as this individual was cursing at me. I definitely won’t be doing business there again.

The customer service at this location is horrible I will never return or recommend any one to this location. U-Haul customer service was excellent but the workers at this location tried entered incorrect information that gave me an outstanding balance when my balance was supposed to be paid in full there is no telling how many people they have taken advantage of before me. They are cheating people out of their hard earned money and they are poorly representing your company.
