The truck we were given had multiple issues with it. Emergency break, stuck and locked position driver side review mirror not secured. Truck was filthy inside and gas tank was on empty. Luckily there was another truck available, but when I asked the person working if I would receive another text message with a link to upload photos, he had no idea what I was talking about. I never received the text, therefore could not take photos prior to move this delayed us by an hour.
