Upon initial inspection, many parts of the rented truck were initially damaged. Various examples of which were that the front driver mirror was being held together by duct tape, and that the truck had other noticeable scratches alongside the body of the truck. The driver window was also unable to be raised without external assistance.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off the truck and parked the truck on Saturday night, I couldn't find the drop box so I returned home with my key, I came back sunday morning at 9am to submit the keys and i was told there was no space for the truck. After speaking to Damien again, i store operator asked me to rearrange the trucks there before agreeing for me to drop off the truck. I have been using uhaul and all I can say is... as a customer I don't deserve this!
Henry AMaybe next time don't check me in 2.5 hours late and make me call customer service for a refund as a result. Moving is hard enough as it is without you folks giving me one more thing to do.
Heidi GThe location was difficult to access. Confusion concerning my rental. I was told that the truck was not available for a one way trip. Eventually the situation was resolved although the truck was not in good condition. The brakes were very weak and the check engine light was on for the entire trip. Please ensure that vehicles are safe and that customer service is improved at this location.
Simon RNothing great service at this location.
