This location no longer accepts the item I rented. I had to go to an alternate location. When I asked for confirmation of drop off they seemed surprised. Unnecessary BS when people are in the middle of a move, so already dealing with a lot of stress, things like this should just happen. already dealing with an area that you don't know, maybe not the best side of town and then this.
