The office didn't open until 9 am on a weekday. No one there when I dropped off the trailer at 8:15 am. Very little parking.

I need someone to give me a call back I didn't approve having to bring back the truck almost half full I brought it back on the level that I took it from the store I was charged for that also they charged me for the extra insurance I didn't ask for that and I didn't see the contract until this morning. Please reimburse the gas fund back and also the insurance back thank you I appreciate you call me back at 256-658-5552.

William W.Staff was very helpful and nice, but limited in what could help with. Specifically they could not help unhitch the trailer in any way. As such I do not believe they could ensure a trailer was hitched correctly, therefore I would not rent a trailer from this location.
