Much confusion surrounding the drop off location. It changed on us and made our task more difficult. The problems we encountered were not local issues but miscommunication on the part of the people sending out the information.
TERRY B.Only complaint is that when I was dropping off they didn't seem to have an actual drop off location and the front counter attendant seemed to be in a rush like he was too busy to talk. He was nice, but rushed.
