It was nice that even though I had rented from another location, I was able to pick up what I needed here. The app/website does a horrible job of directing you to the closest location, though. W/O fail, it tries to send me somewhere far out of my way when there are locations that have the equipment I need much closer. I have better luck just driving around til I find a place & walking in and asking if they have what I need.

After hours return process was clunky. Instructions for the online return were printed on the inside of the drop box lid. The area was poorly lit, so I didn't see them until after I had dropped the keys. Suggest placing the instructions above the key drop box.

Thus seems to be the only drop off location in St. George area - it is about a 30-45 min drive from St. Grge/Santa Clara area.

Didn't have electrical hookup. Seemed expensive. Didn't have tow hitch to rent.

Just opposite of pickup location. As per last time I was there, either nobody there to help or there are they are there with a ‘don't bother us , we're busy' attitude. Only use them for drop off out of convenience and closer location. Otherwise I would use another Uhaul facility to drop off.

The front bumper was hanging. We were not made aware of it when we rented the truck. Apparently it was waiting to be repaired. I was concerned if would fall off while I was driving it.

I came at 6:00 to do self pickup and they forgot put the key in the truck. I had to come back at 8.

I was charged an extra day even though I brought the trailer back a day early. (2nd day). The drop-off location didn't look at the check-in that I did after hours, so they charged me for day four. Eventually I got the extra day charge reversed after explaining to the Customer Supervisor Manager.

We drove the truck in the lot to drop it off. One of the employees jumps in the truck and says he will take it while we were cleaning out the front. He never said hello, do you have any questions or anything that would indicate to me that he was going to check the truck in for me. I thought I would have to sign something but no. I had some questions but he didn't stay around long enough to ask a question. I went into the office to try and find someone but no one was there. No number on the door to call either. I'm glad the truck was checked in for me. Wish there was better personal care and service.

I returned the truck sunday at 6:00. Realized i had left my phone in hildale 30 min away.. i rushed home so i could return truck on phone a day early Itcwould not let me because the location i was at was different than where i returned truck. I called a got put on eternal hold a few times. I called facility i rented truck from. They said i would have to go through uhaul website or call 800 number. As if i dont have enough to do moving. Wjy am I paying for a truck qnd doing all the work for the rental.

Truck was not ready at designated time. Had to wait a half hour while they cleaned the truck and did paperwork inside.

A bit hard to find. Needs better signage. Hours of operation are minimal, but drop off was fairly easy anyway.

The van we reserved at the location we reserved it at became suddenly unavailable, therefore, we had to drive to this location which added 40 miles to our move...and we had to pay for these miles! Paying more due to an issue of Uhaul's making and not having enough inventory for us - that we had reserved a month in advance - is a huge issue. Poor service, poor business acumen. Will not be using Uhaul again.

I was called the day before telling me I had to drive an hour each way to get the trailer as the one I reserved 2 weeks in advance was no longer available. Then I was told to return it TUESDAY before 6. Then I was charged 20 dollars late return fee. The people working were friendly and nice but the things I couldn't see were poor.
