This is a used car dealership. U-Haul is not a priority. Opening earlier than 10am would be a huge improvement.

I answered yes to clean and inviting, but it was definitely not inviting. If I didn't have the address I wouldn't have known it was a U-Haul facility. All you see when drive in are used cars. The gentleman that help me was polite and courteous.

The girl who received the truck tell this to move it twice didn't check it for receipt of the truck condition of the truck the dolly or the 24 pads that I returned. She was argumentative and downright hateful. Thank goodness I had two other adults with me who took pictures of everything we returned the condition of the truck and the mileage as well as the gas tank reading. We asked her to give the owner a note that we had returned it or give us a call which she refused to do.

I'm still waiting for my payment to be corrected. I drove the truck less than the 25 miles than I originally indicated I would drive it. When the truck was checked out to me the attendant, for some odd reason corrected, in pen, the accurate number of miles on my already printed paperwork. The truck had about 100 more miles than what was printed on the paperwork. I return the truck and a couple hours later I get the email with the final bill. My bill was very wrong. I've called and emailed the location and no one has responded. I've been robbed. Please help resolve this ASAP. Owen Orgill 913-229-2099

Service people were rude and tried to cheat us by charging our credit card for not filling the gas tank. When I called them they admitted that we had filled the tank and promised to refund the charge to our credit card, but I have not see the refund come through yet.

Friendly and helped with car dolly. The only thing I was concerned about was they didnt even offer or tell me to check the vehicle for damage. They had me sign a fuel odometer document right when I sat down. There was a rock the windshield and a dent on the dolly. I callesd uhaul as I was pulling onto the hwy to report the damage and ask if I should have been asked to complete a vehicle inspection. They told me I should have been told to do one. Because I called mins after picking up the rental they said I should be good and they would reach out to this operator to ensure they are completing or offering vehicle inspections.

It took 1.5 hours to rent my truck. This was unacceptable. There was only one employee there and he was having issues with the computer. I had to return later in the day to add insurance and it took 2 hours. Again the computer was slow and he wasn’t sure how to add insurance. It was a very busy day for me and 3.5 hours total at UHaul was not in my plans. The truck worked great and there were no issues with it.



Location is on a busy street and can be hard to get in/out. Office was closed when arrived, but located help/staff working in back on a jet ski. There is another nearby choice for drop off that are more convenient.

both times when we dropped off the car hauler and the truck, two separate days, no one from U-haul was there and we were there before closing time. Hours before closing time. therefore i was billed an extra days, which was corrected.

Just disappointed that I could not get the daily rate and was billed the full 3 day rate regardless of when I turned the trailer back in. You need a daily one way rate.

They didn’t have any of the info from my online order. It took a very long time for them to do the paperwork. One of the straps on the car hauler was frayed and should have been replaced. All that said, they were friendly and professional. I won’t order online again, I will go strait to the local dealer.

Same as pick-up location; Full-time staff to actually be at location during printed business hours. Had to contact U-haul HQ to sort out a mix up with being assigned the trailer with different ID number. I will need a box truck next month for a short one-way, but will look for a different rental company.

1st location I dropped the uhaul off at had a sign saying call 4356698868 phone went strait to voice mail and I never received a call back!!!!!!!! 2nd location was extremely rude and unprofessional. Guy complained about where I parked the uhaul and then didn’t help me at all. Then the employees inside were literally sitting there playing video games. They tried to tell me to go prank the uhaul for them and unhook the car dolly!!!!!!!!!!!! Last time I checked I was the a paying customer, not a uhaul employee.

When I arrive the first guy ask me or you rented a two-wheel dolly not a car dolly and I said no I said looked at my reservations giving reservation number and he didn't know what he was doing five times I was there you know I get the same application application after application after application that they had on file the Apparently owner walked in and said why you don't have the correct hitch I said okay where's a place to go get a hitch and he says I don't know one of his employees got it says you have a two-wheel dolly next door I walk next door they don't the cheap place they don't rent self equipment so the only place you go is when I arrive the first guy asked me or you rented right to will dolly not a car dolly and I said no I said look at my reservations giving reservation number and heating know what he was doing 5 times I was there in know what give the same application application after application after application that they had on file the apparently owner walked in and said Well you don't have the the correct hitch I said okay where's a place to go get a hitch and he says I don't know one of his employees got it says you have a2 wheel Dolly's next door I walk next door that old the Jeep place that tone Trent I solve equipment so the only place you go is there the O'Reilly's night South my walking over there and he said and then one of the ladies jumped over there said over there so I went over there and spend $128 Parts to get this thing for hours later I was on the road now tonight acceptable thank you.
