Ace is the best to work with for UHaul
Shelley SThere's always was issues anytime I try to rent a U-Haul from this place nothing on my end but on their end. And then it had said I had a one-way rental for the dolly but when I got there to ask a few more questions before picked up they said it wasn't available for a one-way move so customer service took care of that but again it's just like something else of that location you know
Robert BTruck badly needed a wash. Windshield was full of bugs. For me not much issue because it was just an in town.
Eric JWhen vehicle lights were turned on none of the trailer lights came on. Top brake lights and blinkers were only lights that worked. Tires looked brand new and inside was clean. There we 2 large nuts on left fender that I was not sure what they were too. Glad we saw them so they did not come off going down the road and hit a car. Otherwise great trailer cause I did not have to drive at night.
