Change staff, they are rude and very aggressive and have been calling me harassing me cause I stated on my bill I didn't agree with charges and explained to several staff that this wasn't self service as I had to wait 30 minutes to get keys took us forever to figure out number on truck an the man we ended up getting keys from was actually there when we first got there an seen us struggling an did ask us for help he just drove off didn't even realize he worked for uhaul he had on regular clothes. Then after finding the truck we call the number on uhaul app no answer several time we then have to figure out the office was down stairs and they had a not on door to try the beauty salon or call two different numbers I called the man told me he just left he is in his way back give him a few minutes this whole process took so long I missed my pick up waiting on the man to give me keys it just wasn't self service at all I'll never do uhaul self service especially not this location. I only picked this location cause it was 8 minutes away from the location I picked up my furniture from. These people have called an harassed me two different men call at same time yelling at me not sure y but really believe it is in professional.

Location not well identified. Phone number was not available online. Sketchy neighborhood, altho agent was quite personable and knowledgeable. As a single woman, I would not recommend this location to another woman, especially after dark. Need signs identifying office.

Don't sent people to return equipment here - this location is closed and we couldn't find anyone to talk to. We just kind of unhitched our trailer ourself and left it in the parking lot.

This location was very dirty and hard to find. The manager was EXTREMELY helpful. I am Only giving this a poor rating because of the issues we had getting the truck. We were told to go to one location at 9 am in our confirmation. When we arrived we did not have a truck. Calling customer service confirmed we had a reservation at this location. At 9:10 am I revive an ADDITIONAL reservation confirmation for a DIFFERENT location for a DIFFERENR time even though we just called and confirmed. We were late for our movers and wasted a time of money because of UHAUL. We will not be using this company ever again.

Everything was fine up until the final bill. Got charged $17 for the refuel of 4.5 gal of gas, even though I drove 9 miles and refueled the car before the return. I was provided with the explanation that the gouge reading was significantly different before and after. But when I asked to e-mail those pictures to me so that I can see the difference in my own eyes, I was instead offered to stop by the office and take a look at them. And then the phone call was dropped. ALWAYS TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES!!!

Not enough staff to provide quality service. The owner was polite but she is doing too much for too many. She was rushing and made me feel uneasy. She was unable to print my receipt. We solved that with taking photos of the screen and the dashboard of the truck. Very unconventional but some proof is better than none.

Andre, the manager, was friendly polite and willing to do what it took to make sure my needs were met and i had the right equipment for my move at the best price. His knowledge and customer service skills were superb and are to be commended. kudos, i will rent from him again in the future.

I called this location the day before my pick-up to confirm that everything was ready to go, since I was having movers pick up the truck. This location did not look up my reservation so they asked my movers to pay for the truck (even tho I'd already done so), gave them the wrong size truck, and were slow to provide service.

The people at this location were outside waiting in a toyota sienna minivan instead of inside the actual location, i didnt get a copy of the payment agreement because "their internet is horrible".

During my rental experience, I was charged $90 and some odd cents which was applied as a hold on my account (totaling my original thought of usage which was two days). After returning the vehicle within the first day, they charged me for one day (in addition to the prior $90). What I would suggest is that the charges be taken out of the hold versus charging the customer again. A grand total of a little over $130 was taken from my account for an actual usage charge of $43.20. Now I have to wait three business days, if not longer for the return of funds in my account.
