I rented a truck from this U-haul by mistake. I was charge for more miles that I drove. They had no way of giving you a receipt other than on your phone at the time that you returned the truck. This was on Friday. After I found the mistake I returned to the service station on Saturday. He stated that he would take care of it. As of Sunday I have not received a receipt stating it has been taking care of.
