We could not book online because we could not access the Uhaul website. I think that would have saved some time. Harsh, the young man at the Ilderton location was very helpful, kind and accomodating. A Special Thanks to him!
John pThe only thing was it took a while to complete the paperwork on-site. It might have gone quicker if I had completed it all online beforehand.
Ron SMake sure employees are trained. Took an hour to get the keys to a truck I reserved online as the attendant wasn’t trained.
