This review is not about the location, but about the online check-in process. The virtual check in process was ridiculous and didn’t work. When I arrived at the location and tried to check in, the app asked me for an alternative phone number. How ludicrous is that? How many people have two mobile phone numbers? Luckily I did, but by the time I got to that point, I had walked in to the physical building. Now I’m getting checked in by another human being and the app is trying to text and call me…I don’t understand the point of virtual check in. It was completely frustrating and a waste of my time. The location itself was delightful and the real human being was helpful and polite.
