The gentleman that was there when I picked it up and dropped it off was very helpful!
DAVID MPick up was smooth, I’m surprised U-Haul doesn’t honor Disabled Vets a discounted rate. I’m a 100% disabled veteran fought for our country; and U-Haul doesn’t give out any discounts for our service. The price was a bit hig for my rental; I turned the truck in 2 days early and with a 1/2 tank; I didn’t get a price reduction on returning early and was charged $19 extra for a fuel charge. I’ve rented with U-Haul for 30 plus years never had this type of experience. I should had been given a discounted rate for returning early. And I’ve never turned in my truck needing fuel. I put the amount that was on my ticket when I checked out the truck. I hope this gets reviewed and I get a call. 513.766.1826. Robert Slusher
