The truck I reserved was not ready for self pick up. Somebody was supposed to have been there at 9 o’clock and they were not had to call the number. There were two other customers standing there with their trucks the same way I had to upgrade and then they tried to charge me. I had to get a refund. It was terrible. It was a whole big mess charged me for gasoline. I did not use the needle never moved.
