I dropped off trailer after hours and there was no one there. Pretty straight forward and responsive team members to assist with dropping off trailer.

The local people here were nearly impossible to contact. They didn’t have the truck I booked, and it took an extra hour to get the instructions on how to access the truck keys for an alternative. It was ridiculous. Also the truck that I had to get (smaller than I needed) was parked in a muddy spot. It was hard to drive out, and even walking to the truck was a muddy mess that ruined my shoes. The U-Haul customer support people on the phone were fantastic though.
