This is always a smooth and easy process. The storage depot is the only place I rent from. Awesome people, always accommodating.
Paul BThe staff communicated well. It was returned with a broken door spring. During the travel the spring broke on the roll up door. I called road side assistance. The sent providers to come and fix the door. They did not replace spring. They cut a cable which allowed the door to close completely. With that Uhaul said if it could be locked and still travel. Continue trip and turn in with broken spring. REFERENCE NUMBER: 356833.
