Uhaul was clean only complaint would be the jack just fell off for it was holding it up but fell right off because it was not attached. not safe or renting when needed is always professional and easy to do.

Duane RThis location at 4094 hwy 332 was great, quick response with communication and very easy to rent and return. This next comment is for U-Haul in general NOT for this location; the trailers, especially the bigger heavier enclosed trailers should all have tongue jacks. Not only are they extremely heavy to lift, but it could potentially injure someone attempting to hook up or unhook the trailer. I would recommend U-Haul put jacks on all there trailers nation wide as the trailers travel and get dropped off in different states and at different venders.

Paul BThey did not have the vehicle that I reserved and did very little to assist me in that matter. When I picked the trip up it was in kilometers which I simply put in miles on the digital dash once I returned in 1000 miles away it wouldn’t let me return it because the mileage was under the stated starting amount and the tried to charge me an additional 648 dollars for overage of miles even though I was 80 miles under my allotment
