No one to help with tow dolly. Reservations and information by phone only, no office. No one answered the phone directly always had to leave a message and wait for a return call. Had to wait 5 days for truck to be available. Location of truck was at a different location than listed on website, had to drive to the other end of town to get the truck. Truck was filthy, muddy seats, windshield full of bugs, couldn't see out, cracked windshield. Truck at half fuel had to get fuel before leaving the area. Be serious about have a dealer to properly help the customers and keep clean, rental ready trucks. Have an onsite office. Being the only dealer in town doesn't mean you should not have good service.
