My original reservation was for a different pickup location. I received ZERO notice that the pickup location was changed and did not know until I had arrived at the original location. This was HIGHLY inconveniencing and delayed our pickup time, which altered our entire timeline. If the pickup location is changed, SOME sort of notice needs to be sent to the customer - a text message, an email, a notification in the app, SOMETHING.
STEPHANIE LI will never use U-Haul again. This was the worst bullshit experience I’ve ever had. Everything about it was horrible. Fuck you guys and fuck this place.
