Tires on the trailer were significantly damaged but not noticeable as they were in significant amount of water. I had to call to have one replaced after noticing it the next day. The location could use a parking lot upgrade.

JOSHUA BMobile pickup did not work. App kept saying I needed to call into customer service. 10-15 mins on hold. Tech finally fixed issue online same time store was opening. Had to enter store and wait for ten people if though I was there already for 30 mins. Ended up causing move to start 45 mins later than it should’ve. Cost me a lot of money due to paying movers on an hourly rate waiting for the truck.

PATRICK FGetting the keys was a challenge. Finding the truck was a bit of an issue. The driver's seat was torn and taped. The steering was all over like the alignment was off etc. Honestly, I was worried driving it.
