Truck presented dirty and unkept. During my move a warning light came on and rental didn't want to accelerate. Was told that was normal.

2 trucks with issues later and we had to go to a different location. Had it reserved for weeks. Put us hours behind schedule for a move 3.5 hours away. Uhaul customer service upgraded the size (all that was available) and added a day (which we didn't use) but that was after waiting hours for them to figure ANYTHING out. Finally got ahold of location and they gave us a 2nd truck, with brake issues (dash lights on) They were nice but took NO accountability for wasting our time with trucks that should have never been on the lot and considered to rent out.
