Improve absolutely nothing! I am not making this up and had no idea about this location until I needed a truck at 8am on a Sunday and realized that at 10pm the night before. And they are 4 miles from me. Two wonderful helpful people helped a couple others before me. Professional, efficient And Friendly. They explained the process as they did it and then spent more time making sure I knew how to return the truck after they closed. My suggestion is to do this for every customer as some may be difficult but you don’t know their situation or just how their day went before they walked in. Based on the man and woman I met, they may already do that. They can make sure others do what they do. FYI. - I thought the big location just south of them would be better. But this location had plenty of equipment - I highly recommend this location.
