I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel despite returning the vehicle with slightly more gas than when I picked it up. They didn’t have the blankets/pads I paid for when making the reservation, and then I was charged for the mileage to drive to a different uhaul location to pick up moving pads there.

Monty HThe Van had 1/8th of a tank of gas. In addition, the parking brake did not release until much effort and time were put into it. I was told I would get a credit due to the low gas but instead was charged extra.
