I was scheduled for 8am pickup. Key was not in the lockbox. Office didn't open until 10am. No apologies or anything from the attendant when I finally picked up at 945. Ordered a furniture dolly and 2 sets of blankets (12 each for total of 24). When I arrived, same attendant told me they didn't have a furniture dolly. Also told me to grab the blankets on the floor in the store. I ended up with a total of 4 large blankets and 1 small blanket but was still charged for 2 sets of 12. I would not recommend using this location again.
James WThat is not a deal breaker, yet vital. Staff needs to be happy when meeting a customer. Not everyone can be in good mood everyday, but a little friendler would help.
