To Whom It May Concern, This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I rented a U-Haul for four hours, and when I returned the vehicle, the employee handling the check-in was sitting with his feet up on the desk. I specifically asked him to make sure the vehicle was properly checked in and that the gas level and mileage were recorded accurately. He told me to simply leave the vehicle there and assured me that everything was fine. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was overcharged due to the negligence of your staff. Since then, I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, but no one has returned my calls or provided any assistance. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution regarding the incorrect charges. contract number 26051208
Marco ZI have used this uhaul location on a number of occasions. It is always quick, easy and the vehicle is well maintained and the guys working there are very helpful.
Raymond PThey trucks are not being serviced on. I rented one, got to my pick up location, the darn thing had a reduced engine power speed, check engine light on, something about brakes. It was just horrible.
Johnson PThey overcharged me and it was fraudulent. They charged me $30 fuel surcharge and for the gas when I filled the tank up to exactly where they gave it to me. I am furious with this place and will never rent from them again.
