Office location was absolutely filthy. Smelled like weed, there was trash all over the floor, over flowing ashtrays, and highly disorganized. The proprietor was quite friendly, however. As for the truck: Every time the truck would go over a bump, “Service Traction Control” and “Service Stabilitrac”, along with incessant beeping every time. Lots of times. Also noticed that whenever that warning came, the brake lights would flash without driver input.

It took and hour to retrieve the key for the rental truck and the person who was in charge was not present.
