No personnel on property, to asst with check out, truck had sand in floorboards, 1/8 tank on gas required me to. stop foe gas on leaving and returning it with 1/4 tank, then no one to check in, their virtual manger say will get receipt tomorrow after a property manager is there to ck truck.
William ONo one works there! Had to go through entire process (1 1/2 hr) with a computer screen. Did not have my reserved equipment when i got there so i had to take a truck instead of a trailer!!
WALTER SVirtual check-in is complicated and time-consuming. It's not convenient for renters.
