No one works there! Had to go through entire process (1 1/2 hr) with a computer screen. Did not have my reserved equipment when i got there so i had to take a truck instead of a trailer!!

Virtual check-in is complicated and time-consuming. It's not convenient for renters.
JERRY EI prefer dealing with a person on hand rather than video chat.
JOHN MThe “virtual” assistant registration/pock-up was more efficient than the in person experience from a week ago on that I was greeted immediately. Apparently however, device compatibility when uploading my drivers license is dependent upon software version, access to Chrome and or Safari.
Kenneth WIt would be better if the lock for the truck were easier to lock.
