Avinash CCharged 50+ for 6 gallons of gas.Did not have the vehicle i reserved
Gabrielle CWent to the location half hour before scheduled time. I was told that There was only one bus and they could not find the keys. She agent tried to get in contact with management no answer. I waited over 2 hrs. When walking out a customer returned a smaller truck, i reserved it but it had high odor and very dirty. I had to vacuum before use.
Christina SI didn't find the staff to be helpful or accommodating. I hope they get better customer service training. My first time renting from U-Haul and the van was mostly clean and it ran very smoothly.
