I had requested for furniture dollies and covers, but as this location wasn't a main U-Haul location, they didn't have those available. That was the only disappointing thing! Naturally, they didn't charge me for them, but it would've been nice to know that it wasn't guaranteed that we'd have access to those.

I did the check in by phone option and it was very easy to follow. It is tedious, and does take some time. You do have to take pictures upload your driver's license, things like that. When you drop it off you have the option to take pictures again if you want to to prove that you did not do any new damage to the truck if there was some to begin with. I would most definitely rent from this location again. Give yourself some extra time before or after pick up to go through the vintage shop. Out of all the rental services I have used in the past this by far has been the easiest.
