Mandy DThere were two guys in the store when I arrived for my appointment. One sat staring at his phone saying nothing. The other didn't seem to know how to use the computer. He couldn't get the site to work and kept doing the same thing over and over. When he finally got someone on the phone to help, that person was a douche bag.
