nice exprience
DEREK CI selected to have someone there to rent the unit to me, but no one was present and I had to go through the mobile check in. As a result I was charged $18 for furniture pads that I was not provided. I will be putting in a call to corporate.
Jacob LThis location is not where I secured the reservation. Instead it was considerably out of the way for me, several miles in the opposite direction of where I needed to go. This forced me to make major changes to my schedule, which was a significant negative imapact. Apart from that there were no specific issues with the location in terms of being able to secure the truck key.
Bruce BNo one was there for me to pick up the truck. There was no one to help me. The box for the return was broken. Because the store wasn’t open, I had to wait 2 days for the final receipt. Overall the worst truck rental experience ever.
