I arrived to drop off the trailer before hours. Attempted up check it in using the app. The Drop off button wouldn't do anything! I refreshed several times and still nothing.

Computers were down at pick up and they marked it as a full tank. We did not have a full tank at pick up. It was 3/4 and it was noted on acct. we were charged extra miles and gas. We had to go to another location to pick up and drop off the originally requested too. We were very accommodating.
Lynn ZThis location is well run, convenient and the three people who have attended to our needs there have been wonderful on two separate occasions. There is a bit of a disconnect in Jefferson City in that one must use two separate U-Haul locations to complete all transactions, with refunds for any unused boxes and supplies being issued at a second U-Haul location, which is several miles from the first.
