Maybe not have U-Haul users get charged twice when wanting to rent trucks from here as I got charged twice and the first, larger charge I got has yet to be reversed.

Chase LThe proprietor manages a gas station market alone. He has no time to help someone returning a rental. He directed me to park the trailer on a hill where, once detached, the trailer started to roll down the hill just after I had taken some photos for the drop off process. I turned it sideways manually and have no idea if I could have done it with a larger one. This was potentially dangerous.
