Takira BThis was a disaster both at pick up and drop off. See my account records for the horrible experience. The worst part i was charge over double what i should have. I rent 1 day and there was a full tank of gas. I was charged for 2 days and empty tank. Not happy. There is a uhaul rep that is aware of all of this is trying to get my money refunded. I will dispute with amex if this is not resolved asap. You should NOT use a convient store to handle rentals. They did not even want to take the keys and there is NO drop box. Horrible experience on all accounts.
Jennifer WI would not recommend that location to anyone. My reservation was moved to this location. I would prefer to go into a U-Haul store. Because this location only had the truck in nothing else had to end up purchasing the Dolly from another location and it wasn’t cheap.
Cameal M7am appointment, Arrived 7:15 and I had to re-enter my reservation details in the U-haul app. Why? This added unnecessary stress and delay. Clerk at the pick up point was polite and helpful.
