The clerk was unable to assist me. I asked to call customer service by the clerk. In addition, the van was not logged for the return as tge clerk said he would. I had to call customer service the following day to ensure it was return. I was charged by the mile erroneously when I only drove 11 miles and added the gas the to the fuel pickup a levels. This was a terrible experience and I was over charged. I will choose a different company next time and people not to v use Uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was forced to come to this location because my location didn’t have my van. If I reserve in advance, there should be some process in place to get the equipment I need to the location I requested. Having to go to this location meant I had to spend more money between mileage and Ubers, along with taking up more time. And it didn’t help that I was told a few hours before so I couldn’t even find an alternative. This location is also a gas station so the check in process was interesting.

Takira BThis was a disaster both at pick up and drop off. See my account records for the horrible experience. The worst part i was charge over double what i should have. I rent 1 day and there was a full tank of gas. I was charged for 2 days and empty tank. Not happy. There is a uhaul rep that is aware of all of this is trying to get my money refunded. I will dispute with amex if this is not resolved asap. You should NOT use a convient store to handle rentals. They did not even want to take the keys and there is NO drop box. Horrible experience on all accounts.
