I reserved a uhaul the day before. I arrived 15min before my pickup time, just to find a sign that said will return in 20 mins... Then someone comes out the building 5 minutes after my scheduled time; to unlock the door. This person told me they were the landscaper. Remind you this place doesn't even have a place for any landscaping. Once I meet the lady working. She refused to Update my phone number so that I could the text to check the vehicle in with. Then she tells me she doesn't know how to fix it. Then I ask her how do I check the truck in, and she tells me she doesn't know & highlights a spot on the paper and tells me to follow these instructions. I had to come back in the building because the truck wouldn't start. She came outside and told me I have to turn the steering wheel hard, and she started the truck for me. Then the latch on the truck was bent and didn't work, luckily I was going to far or else all my things would've fell out. Once I returned the truck, there was no where to leave it, because the gate was broken & I don't give you the code. So I reluctantly parked it in front of the building. I had to call customer because the link for the return didn't work. The next morning I was charged for an additional day. I called this location & she told me well you have to take that up with So I called customer service & I was told that she didn't answer the phone when they called, & that she didn't read the notes in the file, so they requested a refund on my behalf. I've never had any problems with uhaul ever, until I chose to rent at this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Worst service I ever had from a uhaul supplier.

Gate to enter was locked and broken. We had to leave a big truck outside the gate. No instructions were given on where to leave the truck until we called a number. Another truck showed up as we were leaving. There wasn't enough room in the area outside the gate to leave trucks. Very unprepared and unorganized.

Have the newer 10ft trucks that have USB jacks built-ins to use because not everyone has a round portable USB Jack as a substitute. I end up with a dead phone in under an hour and if something happened to me where I was unable to help myself what am I gonna do?

I suggest that the rental rep be required to view the vehicle with the renter for existing damage prior to leaving rental facility and for damage to be documented on a form. I had concerns with existing damage but it seemed the rep was reluctant to preform a walk around. She did but there was no documentation of damage. Other than that the experience was overall satisfactory.

I needed immediate storage for my belongings which worked out but I only wanted a 5x8 but the price of a 10x10 is way too expensive. Even at $129.XX for a 10x10 I can't afford it come next month and grateful for the free month availability this month, in October. I'll have to move them coming November while COVID is still around looking for work.

Can't enlarge final receipt to see if any refund. Would prefer all closure completed onsight before I left grounds with receipt. This was only a few hrs/distance use but had it been longer I think that should have happened, Didn't seem busy? Reception very pleasant however.

Absolutely no parking. There were only 5-6 parking spaces total, and they were all in use. Had to park in the driveway and notify someone that the vehicle needed to be moved. The return process was simple, the employee was great, just NO PARKING. Thank goodness I only had a 10 foot truck.

Terrible customer service. Was held on hold for over 30 minutes twice. Rerouted numerous times. Went to 3 locations to find truck needed and wanted. Online portal is difficult to use and doesn't have real stock on vehicles apparently.

Complete dumpster fire. From not being able to rent on they scheduled due to system problems, local site then rescheduled for next morning... show up next morning and no truck available. Reason given "they" messed up and changed something. Ended up having to rent two different trucks from two different locations to get moved... worst customer service experience ever... will definitely find alternatives in future...

Next time, don't charge me for 1.7 miles cause that was the distance from the house to the drop off point. Super pointless & stupid
